It’s “Fun.” It’s “Inspirational.” It’s “Crazy wicked awesome!” You won’t want to miss this play date in the woods!
Let’s Go Out(side) is designed with partners in mind (lovers, friends, you name it). It began sweet and simple, in the Sierra foothills with one couple getting to know their relationship (read about the origin of this workshop) and has become two hours of fun communication and trust building games. The goal? Getting you and your partner outside and more deeply connected with each other and the natural world. Along the way you’ll learn about local trees, folklore, and each other– so what do you think? Will you go out(side) with me?
Saturday, April 20th — Earth day is coming, let’s go green outside! 2pm to 4pm in Arcata Community Forest. RSVP on facebook or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Walk-in’s welcome (space permitting). Suggested love offering: $20/couple.
This workshop is truly a journey, and does require the ability to safely hike up to 2 miles on hilly terrain. Though no journey is ever the same, you can expect to make friends, be blindfolded, build fairy houses, meet trees, and laugh a lot! Please bring yourself, your buddy, your sense of wonder, and comfy clothes/shoes.
